Christian Zionists gives “Jesus” a different meaning

“Jews who do not believe in Yeshua, will be saved after the return of the Messiah”. A second chance for Jews, but not for gentiles.

Many Christian Zionists do not love Israel enough to tell her to repent, and obey her Messiah.

This is the position of the International Christian Embassy in Jerusalem ( Their theological position can be studied on a PDF file, named:

“Swords Into Ploughshares: Christian Zionism and the Battle of Armageddon”.

The idea is that God never stopped being in Covenant with the Jewish people, after the majority of the Jews rejected Jesus as the Messiah.

Such a position include the believe that judgment did not take place when Jesus died on the cross. Judgment will take place only on the return of the Messiah.

If you promote such a “gospel”, you will please non-Messianic Jews. You share their view that there was no need for men like Peter and Paul to embrace the Messianic faith in Yeshua. They could have stayed as non-Messianic, and still be saved. They could have been exiled from Israel, and God would still use them in the diaspora.

Such an understanding of what it means to be purified by the blood of Jesus, leads Christian Zionists into faith in a different gospel. Some kind of New Judaism.

This kind of “gospel” also deletes the coming judgment for Israel. Israel has not been regathered to be judged for her unbelief, but to be saved. Since she shall be saved, there is no need to call Israel to repentance. Through the history, there have been many false prophets who have given Israel similar messages.

The message from such Christian Zionists, is that there is no need to become a Messianic Jew, and believe in redemption by the blood of the lamb of God. There is no need to be ‘born again, born from above”, to enter the Kingdom of Heaven. There will be other ways to God, than through the cross at Calvary Hill.

Let us take a look at the theological position of one step at the time. The document who contains all the copied statements from the website, and can be found here.

First let me share with your an interesting observation. ICEJ accept “Catholic believers” as lovers of ‘god”, Israel and the Bible.

This kind of position, makes it impossible for ICEJ to warn against the Pope as an anti-Christ on Earth. also acknowledges that “Interfaith relationships” has improved under “the leadership” of  Pope John Paul II.

Second: ICEJ believe that the Messianic Age will be a “wonderfull new World”.

The Bible says the radical opposite.

Revelation 20:4
I saw thrones on which were seated those who had been given authority to judge. And I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded because of their testimony about Jesus and because of the word of God. They had not worshiped the beast or its image and had not received its mark on their foreheads or their hands. They came to life and reigned with Christ a thousand years.

The Messianic Age will bring judgment.  Those who will reign with Christ has been beheaded for their faith in Jesus. That included Messianic Jews who have been persecuted by their Hell bound Jewish brethren. There are enemies of the Gospel among both Jews and gentiles.

ICEJ believe in a “Righteous peace for the whole Earth”.

This is the position of the Bahai religion, and the Jehovah Witnesses. It is also shared with the Pope in Rome, and mainstream Judaism. This will be the position held by the emerging One World Religion.

But there is nothing in the teachings of Jesus that points to such an age approaching.  Matthew 24 and Luke 21 and the book of Revelation all points to the teachings already given by the prophet Daniel. The Messianic age will be a rule by an Iron rod, an age of Judgment and separation based on what people have done prior to the return of the Messiah. The book of Ezekiel speaks about the shameful acts of the Jew in the diaspora, living in disobedience and sin.

Ezekiel 36:32
I want you to know that I am not doing this for your sake, declares the Sovereign LORD. Be ashamed and disgraced for your conduct, people of Israel!

ICEJ teach a different way of salvation for the Jewish people, through her struggles.

The International Christian Embassy believe that Israel shall be saved “through her difficulties.

ICEJ believes that God because of Israel’s unbelief, rejection of her Son will have compassion of her, will end her struggles in a glorious way at the second coming of the Messiah.

ICEJ states that Israel has “played a unique role in history for the redemption of the World”.

Israel has not redeemed the World. Israel at large has rejected her Messiah, and faced judgment and diaspora inline with the promises God gave her in Deuteronomy 28.

The “eternal purpose of God is hidden”.

When something is hidden, only those who are wise enough can understand. Like the Pope, who is the only one wo can fully understand “the mysteries of god”.

But nothing in the Messiah is hidden. His death on the cross, his perfect atonement for sins by shedding of His own blood for the forgiveness of sins, His burial and resurrection is knowledge commonly available to all men.

You are free to accept this, or you can reject it. This gospel is for the Jews first.

“Israel has faced enough wrath of God”.

ICEJ believe that the Holocaust was the last wrath of God, that Israel shall face. The state of Israel is pleasing to God, and now only her enemies shall suffer.

The problem is that Israel do not have a righteousness of her own. More Jewish babies have been killed in the Mother wombs by abortions than Arab babies. 90 per cent of the Jews still reject the Messiah, and live an ungodly life full of hypocrisy and sins.

“Long suffering Israel do not need to repent”.

This is a different gospel. This is a different “Jesus” preached by people who walk in a different spirit, than Jews who believe and obey Jesus of Nazareth.

The problem with a “post Armageddon salvation” of the Jews, does not solve the issues of a non believing Jew who dies prior to this battle. If He rejects the cross, He will perish and spend eternity in Hell. There is no second chance, neither for Jews nor gentiles.

This is the truth.
