20th of July 1933, The Pope in Rome made a similar treaty with Hitler, as he signed with Mussolini in 1929.

The Concordat was signed by Cardinal Secretary of State, Eugenio Pacelli  (later to become Pope Pius XII). Nazi Vice-Chancellor Franz von Papen sits at the left.
