The Police in Denmark has filled a case before the Danish Attorney General against parish priest Per Ramsdal.

«A tape recored by a press reporter is the evidence that the priest can be tried for having gained financially for hiding Iraqis illegally in the Church», explain police investigator Henning Schmidt to the Danish Daily «Politiken.dk».

The Danish priest denies any wrong doing. The Danish Attorney General will have to decide to file a criminal case before the Copenhagen court or not.
