In an unsurprising turn of events, Palestinian Prime Minister Mahmoud Abbas (Al Fatah) has publicly declared he will not accept Israel as a Jewish state, using the excuse that it is «not my business to define Israel».
Israel trusted Arafat

Yasser Arafat (leader of Al Fatah and the PLO) sent the following message to to Israeli Prime Minister Yitzak Rabin, in a letter dated 9th of September 1993:
«The PLO recognizes the right of the State of Israel to exist in peace and security. The PLO accepts United Nations Security Council Resolutions 242 and 338».
Billions of USD given to the PLO
The International community has given the PLO billions of USD, and forced Israel to give them self-rule in many towns in Samaria and Judea, the Biblical heartland of Israel, the so called West bank.
The state of Israel can no longer be sure, that Al Fatah and PLO can be trusted. If the IDF hand over their Biblical heartland to the PLO, Radical Islam will soon take over, and use this area to fire rockets into civilian populated areas like Tel Aviv.
